In 1999, SCG acquired the historic Marshall Wells Hardware warehouse in the prestigious Pearl District in Portland, Oregon. In late 2001, SCG began construction on the $25 Million mixed-use renovation of the warehouse and transformed the building into 164 New York–style lofts and 5,000 square feet of commercial space.
