In 2021, Spring Capital Group opened a brand new Great American Self Storage facility with approximately 600 units in Kailua-Kona Hawaii. This self-storage facility is well suited to serve the residents and businesses of Kaloko, Kohanaiki, Palisades, Kukio, Waikoloa, Puako, Kawaihae, and Waimea. SCG divested the facility upon stabilzation to a pubicly traded company in late 2022.
